Dear Mr. Chahal:
I wanted to take a moment to say "Thank you" and to recognize the efforts you put forth during the construction of our new home. You were always accessible when I needed to contact you regarding questions that could arise during the preliminary planning of our new home, and you returned our calls promptly if you were not in the office. This courtesy meant a great deal to my wife and me and was comforting when we moved into the next stage of building a home, "construction!"
The construction phase of a home should be challenging and exciting for the owners because it is truly an extension of themselves and their life-style that is being constructed. When Linda and I decided to build a new home, we were looking for a builder that could work with us and look out for our best interests while keeping our budget in mind (in other works, giving us the biggest bang for the buck!).
Our preliminary meeting with you in November was the beginning of our partnership with APEX Design Group, and it was at this juncture that we realized the true value of a good Architectural Designer that can provide the answers to complex questions with comfort and ease. It was exciting for my wife and me to empower and work with APEX who took the time to cross the T's and dot the I's and personally monitored every step of the home construction. If there was anyone whom must be glad when a job is complete, it must be Laura! I would be remiss if I did not take a moment to recognize the efforts of the frontline guys who are out in the field and truly make it happen for the home owner. While you were supervising the construction of our home, I appreciated your attention to detail and always resolving any items that may have impacted the construction schedule.
I feel very strongly that I must mention that the subcontractors who worked on our house were all very professional and did everything within their power to ensure customer satisfaction. Here again the subcontractors are an all important part of the APEX Design Group team, and I am hopeful that you will share a copy of this letter with appropriate subs.
In closing, let me say that I would recommend APEX Design Group without reservations to anyone who would be interested in construction of a custom home or a standard spec home. You did what you said you were going to do in the time allotted to do it and stayed within the available budget. This, in today's market, is a challenge in itself. As you can see by the composition of this letter, I feel very strongly about team effort and striving to be the best that you can be.
Again, thank you Ran for a job well done! You are the "best of the best," and you have given clear definition to the word "team"!!!

It’s been 3 months since we’ve moved into our new home and have finally gotten around to furnish the remainder of the rooms. As you know, leaving our old home and moving into this new one was a huge step for both Rob and myself. You completed the house on schedule as promised, just in time for our wedding.
